Lunch / Food Services
-
Students get two free trips to the cafeteria each day on campus - breakfast OR snack and lunch. Additional meals will be charged to the student’s account (see info on EZ Pay below). With the new bell schedule, there is no longer a “nutrition break,” but snack will be served between 1st and 2nd period. Passing periods will be 10 minutes long, which will give students enough time to grab a snack if they are hungry and head to class. If they have food restrictions we should know about, please COMPLETE THIS FORM and send it to your grade level team.
Daily Food Schedule:
Monday - Thursday:
Breakfast - 7:30-8:30
Snack - 10:02-10:12
Lunch - 11:46-12:10
Friday:
Breakfast - 7:30-10:30
Snack - 11:25-11:35
Lunch - 1:00-1:25EZ School Pay offers an option for maintaining a credit account for purchasing more than the offered one free meal and snack per day. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster, giving students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also provides peace of mind, as you won’t need to look for lunch money every day or worry about it getting lost, stolen, or used for other things. When registering for your EZSchoolPay account, select Grossmont UHS District as your school district.
